Archer's Diary Privacy Statement
The Archer's Diary receives personal information about you from your club or governing body in the form of scoresheets as well as electronically via the club management software. This information is used primarily for keeping a historic record of your scores and achievements.

The information collected is summarised below: (items listed in red are not publicly available but are available to approved club recorders using the club management software)
  • Given names and surname
  • Year of birth
  • Email address
  • Club name
  • Archery Australia member number
  • Country and state
  • Preferred equipment
  • Scores, awards and records
Disclosure:
The Archer's Diary does not disclose details of it's members to third parties with the exception of Archery Australia.

The Archer's Diary confirms all individuals have a right to request access to their personal information held and to request its correction at any time. In order to request access to personal records, individuals are to make contact with: info@archersdiary.com
As a member on Archer's Diary, you have the right to protect your privacy. If you do not wish to be identified on the Archer's Diary, please contact your club recorder and request them to turn on your member protection. If you are unable to contact your club recorder, please make contact with: info@archersdiary.com

Archer's Diary Member Protection
There are several options available to you as a member to protect your privacy.
  1. You may have your name and other identifiable details hidden - your results will still be available online but your name will be marked as "Name withheld". Alternatively, you may specify an alternate screen name to display online. Please note that once you choose to activate this feature, it can not be turned off without a signed and witnessed written application.
  2. You may request to have the following online options turned off: My Awards, My Bests, My Classifications, My Events, My Handicaps. Browsers to the website will not be able to access your details in these sections once activated. You will be able to access these sections at a later date from the members section of Archer's Diary (currently being developed).
Please note that if you activate option 1 above, you will not be able to:
  1. Register online for events
  2. Have qualifying scores forwarded to Archery Australia for the senior ranking lists.
